  • The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has significantly raised the estimates of global cotton production, trade, use and ending stocks for 2017-18. The notice modifies the definition of textile products to include intermediate products that can now benefit from the environment-friendly label.
